When you want a ladder that easily deploys over the gunwale of your boat, look no further than the JIF Telescoping Gunwale Hook Ladder. It is ideal for swimming, skiing, and emergency situations as it is lightweight yet strong and easy to deploy. This ladder features two wide hooks that fit over most gunwales and has a pair of standoffs on the back that add stability to the ladder while boarding. Both the hooks' standoffs feature vinyl padding to protect the hull from damage while increasing stability.
The ladder tubes are made of high-quality stainless steel that resists corrosion, is easy to clean, and will maintain its attractive luster for years to come. The steps (three and four step models are available) are constructed of high-density molded plastic and have comfort tread on the surface that provides sure footing for bare, wet feet.
When this ladder is not hanging over the side of your boat, it folds flat for compact stowage. The hooks fold atop one another; the standoffs lay down, and the steps telescope closed. A nylon securing strap with snap is also included to keep the steps in place when stowed.
