The REL has full tip cup and moderate rake angle. This prop has excellent stern lift and grip. It is the equivalent to Yamaha's Reliance. It is excellent for V-bottom off-shore style boats, single/twin/triple and stern drive applications. CushionLok hub
system is a modular (fits all motor brands simply by changing driver and/or hardware), adjustable, field-serviceable design (no more trips to the local prop shop for a rehub) which, not only, withstands higher heat and torque loads than standard, press-in-style rubber hubs, but affords maximum drivetrain protection and super-soft forward and reverse drive engagement, as well. The hub system' cushioned rotation comes from the rotational movement of the propeller about the hub, which is allowed by the compression of the black cushioning rods inside hub cavity. In essence, the CushionLok hub acts as a rotational shock absorber, both, on drive engagement and in the event of an impact.
